Magna Carta offers the perfect venue for a Corporate day on the river. The boat can be available from a number of prestigious locations anywhere from St Katharine's Dock, London to Henley-on-Thames.

These could be our regular moorings such as Hampton Court Palace, Runnymede, Windsor, Cookham and Henley… or outside superb riverside hotels such as The Runnymede, (Egham) Christopher Wren, (Windsor) Oakley Court (Bray) and Cliveden. (Taplow)

There is no such thing as a typical Corporate event on Magna Carta, because for all enquiries, we will tailor make your Corporate day to your particular requirements and suggest ways in which we can make it really special.

Magna Carta will become your very own private meeting room with its luxurious interior and ever changing scenery. Complimentary tea, coffee and mineral water will be provided and once the work is done the relaxation can begin.

All the facilities of Magna Carta are at your disposal. The air-conditioning, jacuzzi, sun-deck and cabins etc. From the galley, a high standard of cuisine is available whether your requirements are interesting hot or cold buffets or a five-course meal!

Our Corporate guests may want to use the exclusive spa facilities of a riverside hotel or entertain overseas visitors with one of our guided tours.

The very fact that Magna Carta can cruise the beautiful river may be enough in itself to keep everybody happy while aboard.

Remember we will tailor make a Corporate event package to suit you personally, and we can also supply any audio-visual presentation equipment to suit your meeting needs.

Here are some indicative prices to give you an idea of cost.

Static Boat. £100 per hour, minimum charge £400. A static boat is ideal for a party of up to 35 guests.

Cabin Rate. £200 per cabin (twin or double) per night including full English breakfast.

Cruising Rate. £250 per hour, minimum charge £500. Special rate of £800 for 4 hour cruise. (maximum of 12 guests)

Day Rate. 12.30pm to 10.00am following day. £2200 includes full use of all cabins and a 4-hour cruise. (maximum of 12 guests)

Catering:

Breakfast. Included with cabin charge otherwise £15 for full English.
Lunch. Buffet style, hot or cold. £30 pp.
Dinner. £45 pp for a 4 course evening meal.

Depending on where Magna Carta is situated and where guests would like to embark / disembark, there may be extra charges. VAT will be added where applicable.
